Vintage Jam will perform on July the 4th from 3:00 to 6:00. Come join us. Events Schedule for 2008 Whichever event you are interested in, call the winery or the restaurant for details. Friday, July 4th. Celebration with food and music. October 17, Fri, Dinner Theater 7 pm November 27, Thurs, Thanksgiving Dinner December 6, Sat, Open House-winery & rest. December 19, Friday, Dinner Theater 7 pm Wednesday Dec 31-----New Years Eve party 8pm on reservations required. Whichever event you are interested in, call the winery or the restaurant for details. Memorial Day weekend, a customer came into the winery and asked if we had stopped making Swamp Water wine. I said, absolutely not. Swamp Water is our number one selling wine. She said she had hear we had stopped making Swamp Water and came down from Taylorville, Illinois to find out. She left smiling after she bought a case of her favorite wine, Swamp Water. Dedication GREAT NEWS The Humming Birds are back after almost a two year absence. During the years of '06 & '07 we had very few Hummers. This year they are back in force. We have estimated their are no less than twenty (20) birds at the feeders. They are emptying their feeders at least twice daily. Come down and see them perform for yourself.
Birdfest Friends 6/21/08 Update! All 5 goslings are still with us and doing well. Mom and dad goose certainly train their children well by making them mind. Watching the goslings development is truly fascinating. The parents take them through steps in training on how to do certain things. The other day they taught the goslings how to dive, swim under water, etc. A lot of fun to watch.
