People keep asking me how old Mike & Jake are: they are seven years old and doing well. They've had a few mishaps in their lives bot have recovered nicely.

WINEAUX'S RESTAURANT If you would like for us to send you notices of the events here at The Winery & Wineaux's, send me (dunker@accessus.net) your email address and I'll place it in our file to send you announcements. New summer hours for Wineaux's. Starting on Wednesday, June 17, Wineaux's will be open from 4:30 to 9:00 pm (only on Wednesdays). Also starting on Friday, June 19, Wineaux's will be open from 12:00 noon to 9:00 pm. Saturdays and Sundays will remain the same as they are now. Wineaux's is not opened on Mondays, Tuesdays, & Thursdays. Saturdays 12:00 noon to 9:00 pm Sundays 12:00 noon to 5:00 pm. Call for reservations: 618-658-8353 or 618-658-2274 We e-mailed our customers that Chef Tom Tucker has moved on in a new direction. Taking his place as the new Chef is his under-study, Julio Blanco. I don't think you will miss a beat when you taste the preparations of Julio. Julio is very good! Try his preparations and see. We wish to thank Tom for getting us started and doing an excellent job.
